I have had an ectopic pregnancy before then fell pregnant again which was complettly normal gave birth 5 months ago via c section I am currently 5 weeks pregnant again and I am scared ti could be another ectopic pregnancy my hcg levels have been tested last sat they were 216 on mon - 598 wed 1338 I have been experiencing some pain in abdo and a shooting pain that goes into my groin and vargina which seems similar to round lig pain this is my 6 th pregnant 1 natural birth 2 c sections an ectopic and another c section

Your levels are well within the norm, and as you said, the pain could be due to stretching of the ligaments.

However, it is perfectly understandable that you would be concerned given the previous ectopic, so best to check with your midwife about having an early scan to put your mind at ease.
