Ok you are from Canada, but where did you do the crime.

First where was the scratch and how deep, and what is the cost to repair,
In fact depending on where and how much, it could even be a felony. So you will at the least
1. have to pay to have it fixed, and it can be very costly.

2. you will have a fine to pay

3. I would say probation with maybe a very short a few days to a few weeks in jail.

But if they feel you have not learned a lesson, and are not sorry, you can get more jail time

You can not tell the court to do anything, you can though your attorney present the reason for it, to try and justify your actions ( although I would not do it) if you prove you are sorry, prove to the court you have already paid to have it fixed, they will be better on you, but do expect large fines and probation at the best

The fine probably will not be that large, but you will probably be required to pay restitution and they may be much greater.

If you cannot pay either the you may have to do jail time.

No. This is up to very local laws and a judge has latitude. Restitution will be the cost of repairs.
