I'm falling in love with my boss but he doesn't notice me.I hate what I'm feeling but I just can't help it,every day the feelings get stronger.what should I do.please help!

If you don't know someone its not possible to be in love with someone. If he doesn't notice you, talk to you or have a relationship of any type with you then you don't really know him. What you are describing it an infatuation. These things are easy to get over by focusing all your attention in a different area. What are you into? Sports? Music? Art?

You don't, you let him change on his own, and maybe you can't help the feelings you have but you sure as heck have full control on what you do about them. Is he married? Even if he isn't he is your BOSS. Be careful about the lines you are trying to cross.
