I am trying to find the film that I watched some time in 90s. Part of the film showing a guy bought a car and then drove off to a house to meet the a lady. At the house, he cut the TV antenna and later pretend to be a repair guy in order to get into the house and meet the owner wife. During checking the cause of the problem the repair guy manage to see the house owner wife (wearing white shirt and skirt) and having sex at the kitchen and later continue at the 1st floor. If I not mistaken they also having sex during a dinner at the rest room in the restaurant/cafe.
