Some how I did get through to hotmail and requested to change my pass word, they sent it to my alternate email, and after I've changed the password, I tried to get in again but still I was denied. The message comes out you've tried to log on using the wrong pass word to many times.

That means your account is now locked out for a period.
The error message normally says for how long.
