The building is brand new. It has 325 units and is 40,000sq/ft in rentable space. How much should I charge them per square footage? I do not want to overcharge since I already have a sister company of theirs and am pending one more. They need the floors cleared of dirt with all of the walls. I may also have to eventually pressure wash the exteriors (2 story). They stated that they would like "touch-ups" as well, either bi-weekly or monthly. I don't know what to charge for the maintenance cleanings either. I have only been cleaning homes but my reputation has caused offices and now storage units to ask of my services and I cannot seem to find an answer or example of commercial cleaning.

More Info. Walls are floors are to be free of all dust and debris (not much debris) Floors are concrete, walls are metal. I cannot sweep most of the units because the majority are indoor and climate controlled and there is about 2 ft of wall missing (since they are indeed climate controlled) and it may cause the few units already in use to get dusty. Location is NC.

Hello M:

We've got your guy. Stringer. He's not here right now, but he will be, I'm sure.
