How do I calculate my period/menstural cycle?
I am asking becos I don't know if it is the days after my period that I start the count or immediately I start my period.

As soon as your period starts.

It depends if you just started, like if its one of your first periods. If it is, than like the first 3 years that you have it. Its all over the place,and very unstable. My doctor suggested that I mark my callendar and keep a journal of when I get it and how long it lasts etc. sooner or later you will see a patern.
