We have well water and have to change the water filter every week to keep the water pressure up. Any ideas what this could be? The filter comes out slimmy and muddy.

Numbers sound good, have you tested the water? Could be mineral problem.

Would that be your recommendation to have the water tested for mineral deposits? The water looks good and taste very good.

Yes, I would have a test done, could be just a little well maintenance will solve your problem. If you decide to test, post back with the results. Good luck

We had a well professional to come out and decided to pour clorox in the well, circulate it and run off the well periodcally. This seems to be doing the trick. So far, so good!

Thank you so much for your help with this!
