I watched this movie from TV 1985-1990. It was about a (young) man who could read people's minds. I remember one scene where woman turns cards and doesn't show them to this man, but he can read woman's mind and always knows which card it is. Then man says that woman is attractive (woman thought if man feels she is attractive).
