I purchased a goodman duel heat pump in Sept. of 06, within the first three months the mother board went out, due to the expense of replaceing it the repairman didn't even ask they just said that I could no longer use a programmable thermostat. The repair men told me that goodman products didn't work well with programmable thermostats and They removed the mother board. Now I have to replace the coil because it has a leak and its going to cost because of the new requirements for freon. I haven't even had this unit for five years and am having all these problems. My question is are all GOODMAN products this bad or did I just get a lemon.
