I have been dealing with Bergen County, NJ child support enforcement for over 15 years! My ex is now OVER $75,000.00 in arrears. He gets arrested (occaisionally) stays in jail a few weeks and then is let go without paying a cent. What is cse doing for me? I have written letters to everyone up to the govenor of NJ and still get no where! HELP PLEASE

I can't offer you an answer because I am dealing with the same thing. My ex's arrears aren't that high yet but if things don't change they will be. Good luck to you sweetie!

No you can't sue. Unless your ex has a job and they are not garnishing his wages, its pretty hard to collect from him.

Do you have any proof of his income?

No you can not sue them, if you have proof that they are not doing something proper and allowing him to get away with things then you may file a complaint with the state attorney general with your proof
