Hi. I remember seeing a movie as a kid in the 80s, possibly even early 90s, problem is I only remember the last couple of minutes from the movie. I remember the sky was dark with black clouds possibly a thunderstorm, and a huge tornado or black hole in the sky that was allowing bad stuff to come through and tearing apart houses and everything else in this world and sending it back through. There was a huge evil dinosaur or dragon that was about to attack a group of kids that had rallied outside one of the kids' house. Supposedly they had figured out how to defeat the dinosaur, which involved attaching some sort of magical item to a model rocket and shoot it at the dinosaur. When they did, the rocket pierced the dinosaur and rays of lights started coming out of the dinosaur, which eventually got sucked through the black hole and everything went back to normal.
