If I send divoce papers to my wfe but do not say her the word of divoce by myself she became divoce or not

Where do you live?
In the US divorce must be done through the court. Merely saying the word of divorce does not constitute an actual divorce.

I am a muslim and I got Nikkah at November 2010 but before ruksti my family force me and I send divoce papers to my wife by post. But till now I do not say the words of divoce to my wife by myself so according to islamic point of view is she divosed or not
