My car is leaking trasmission fluild and won't go into drive .what is wrong with the car

Place a piece of cardboard under the car. Enough to fill wheel to wheel and towards the front.
Now tell us where you see the leak. Is it near the drivers front tire? Below the radiator? About in the middle?
Is the leak a steady drip or pouring out?
