Is there any relaxation in Isalm reagrding the hIjab of a woman living in a European counrty which makes it very difficult for her to get justified marks in school or to get a job,as she is discriminated by others wearing a hijab?

I don't know of any european country where such discrimination in school or job occurs due to hijab. Yeah there is outright ban on hijab in france in schools and niqab in public places. But discrimination to give marks in schools or job seems pretty odd. Even though there were some cases but it were of complete niqab. There is difference of opinion on niqab and scholars or evidence support all body except face, hand and wrists needs to be covered.
Hijab is not just of dress or scarf. Hijab is of eyes, hijab of thinking, hijab of hands, hijab of tongue, hijab of our body.
And their can be no compromise in doing all these hijab.
I would suggest to look at criteria of hijab:
1. Women Should Be Covered All Body Except Face And Hands Up to Wrist.
2. The Dress Should Not Be Transparent That You Can See Through
3. The Dress Should Not Be So Tight That The Figure Can Prominent.
4. The Dress Should Not Attract The Opposite Sex
5. Man And Women Don't Wear The Cloth Of Opposite Sex
6. The Dress Should Not Resemble To The Signs And Symbols Of Any Other Religion.
