y = \frac{\sqrt{c}}{x+1}

Is that it?

Or is it:

y = \sqrt{\frac{c}{x+1}}

Anyway, one step forward is to cross multiply.
Then, try to get the x as power of one in the second case.
Last, make x alone by adding or subtracting something.
