I took this woman out for dinner and promptly picked her up on time. We chatted about random things at dinner and laughed and smiled with each other. I was pretty nervous so I kept drawing blanks on what to converse about. She basically did most of the talking and brought up a bunch of random stuff. We went out for drinks afterwards and I started to loosen up a lot. She touched me several times with her foot and hands. At the end of the night when I dropped her off she said she had a lot of fun and she was sure she would see me soon. I din't mention a second date or even say that I would call her I just agreed with her. She gave me a hug then paused, then she got out of my car. It was kind of awkward cause I really like this girl but I think she thinks of me as a friend or thiks that I don't really like her.

What makes you think that she sees you as a friend?
If she said that she would see you soon, and that she enjoyed the date, then call her and ask her out again. What do you have to lose?
You can't over analyze things. It's one date, it could lead to more dates. You have to learn to be yourself, let yourself go a bit, and enjoy yourself.
Dating is supposed to be fun, not stressful.

Don't jump too conclusions! She took the time to go with you. Call her and ask her when she is free, and try doing something else

Then get off your little booty and let her know because she is probably thinking you didn't feel what she is so she is shy.

I hoped you at least called within a day or so to thank her for a great time. That's just manners.
