Good after noon we went doctor today doctor confer 7 week pregnant first ultrasound done report like this came
The uterus is anteverted showing a single intrauterine gestational sac containing
two viable fetal pole with visible cardiac pulsation.
FHR of fetus A = 173 beats per minute.
FHR of fetus B = 164 beats per minute.
Both are regular and rhythmic.
CRL for fetus A = 13.7 mm corresponding to 7 weeks and 5 days gestational age.
CRL for fetus B = 10.5 mm corresponding to 7 weeks and 1 day gestational age.
** I have some doubt deferent in size and they are in bole like that doctor. Told doctor told so far they are safe like that told please see report and please tell me this is safe for both child grout please mail me

With twins or multiple pregnancy of any kind there is usually a difference in size and growth rates. Also at birth they are usually treated as "premies" or premature babies. Most normal pregnancies are meant to carry one child at a time. Twins happen all the time and may need some extra attention but you should be fine.
