Can you throw your children ( over 18years)out of the family home making them homeless

I don't think you would be calling it 'making them homeless'. That is too crude, but every one of our children has to learn how to fly on their own some time or other by finding a job, their own accomodation; basically living ON THEIR OWN.

Some kids just need a boost out the door is all.

Yes.
If they choose to be homeless instead of finding some roommates in a cheap apartment and even a minimum wage job, that's their problem.
Of course it's the parents who were supposed to be guiding them towards responsibility and work and independence all along, so maybe give them 3 months warning.

You may evict adult children from your home. ** you can't throw them out, you ask them to leave, give them legal notice if they won't, and evict in court if they still have not moved.

As for as being homeless, that is their issue, they could sleep in a car, at a friends home, find a shelter, or find a cheap place to live But you can evict, where or how they will live is not an issue
