How do I get my foot in the door at real estate owned dept at banks?

Can you be more specific, you are wanting to BUY real estate owed by the bank, or are you wanting to go to work for the bank in that department.

I was trying to do the same thing for quite sometime, I recently got a good Reo (Real Estate Owned) Bank contact list, it really helped me, it has over 1200 direct bank reo contacts and was very accurate, here is the link:
