Did you save the document on your PC? And if so, have you deleted it?

If you saved it, you could just open it again from the place you saved it in. If you only saved it on your USB, that will be more difficult but it could be done.

If you're lucky it may still be in your recent documents in excel. Check there. If it is you should be able to open it, and save it again to wherever you want.
