Hiya... I watched a film when I was like 6/7 and I can't for the life of me remember the name. Its driving me nuts! It's an anime film I think by Manga but it might not be... from what I remember of the film:

There is a female lead character with black hair (not like that helps though)
She goes somewhere and talks to someone who looks like a child but then the girl see's the "childs" hands and they were like an old woman's
I seem to remember a tall man with Blonde hair that looks like a tall buzz cut.
Then near the end of the film there was some sort of city that she's trying to get to but there are like powerlines going to it and has round saw like things running up and down it and it cuts someone.
I think some of her had to be made metal because of an accident but that might be a different film (could you tell me if it is)
