You can start by doing what you are told to do... and do it without complaining... Do your homework and study, and do your chores without drama or complaints.
That's a great start... but remember it takes longer to earn trust back again... than it was to get it the first time... and depending on what you did and for how long... it may take much longer.

Remember that a phone is a luxury, not a necessity. Obviously you've done something to warrant them taking away one of your luxury items.
What did you do? Have you apologized for it? Have you changed your behavior?

By not doing whatever you were doing to lose her trust. That is the short answer. The long answer is this, as parents we give you privileges that you have to earn. Sometimes when you abuse those privileges you lose the things that you love most, like a cell phone. Try being more involved at home with your family. Help your mum out more around the house. Do the things that are expected of you. Act more responsible. Eventually she will come around, as she sees that you are acting more responsible.
