Hi could someone please help me with this my stoumach has bloated out like I'm 8 months pregnant I've had it for over a year now the doc's gave me anti spasmodics for it but hasant help no matter what I do the bloating stays the same has anyone else got this broblam? Thanks

If he gave you antispasmodics, then he gave you a med for suppress muscle spasms, which I don't think is the correct approach, but he had to give you something, probably knowing it wasn't a medical issue anyway.

I don't know what your medical history is, what meds you are on, how old you are, etc. but if your stomach is bloating out, it could be age related, overweight, lack of stomach muscle tone. Perhaps if you lost a few pounds and excercised those stomach muscles you wouldn't experience as much bloating. Then again, it could be you are retaining water along with the lax stomach muscles.
