I have a huge crush on a guy who does not know me.. he has a girlfriend but still I can't forget him.. I keep visiting his Facebook profile, and check what he is doing to make myslef happy.. how do I come out of it? I want to completely stop thinking about him.. its so crazy:(

Go cold turkey-make your mind up that today is day one.

You make a promise to yourself to NOT check out his profile.

Then go do stuff that doesn't involve using your laptop.

I am agree with amicon.. Don't chase his profile and don't even think about him.. Whenever you start thinking about him,just say to yourself OOPS and then concentrate on other things.. What you are doing is totally crazy and it will feel you bad when you see his profile and updates... Be cooooooollllllllll

Well you can forget him by meetin' other guys or actually dating them so that your mind comes off him, its hell when you can't forget someone, I recently saw the 'The Thorn birds' again and could't get Richard Chamberlaiin out of my head for 4 days because of his handsomeness, but then I was getting all frustrated and down because of him hehe , anyway hope I've helped,tell me how you keep
