Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is ___. I am currently a second year student at ___, and I will enroll to study as a international student in JCU campus at 600 Upper Thomson in July of this year to get the Bachelor of Business. I have read the information about my major : Finance and banking in the student handbook, but I still have some questions about the campus life.

First of all, I want to ask if I have to share the room with a roommate? Moreover, it would be nice if you send me some information about the facilities in the room such as television, air conditioner, wardrobe and internet access. This can be a problem when I do not know what belongings I should carry with.

The laundry service will be available if I registry, but is the ironing service included? Moreover, can you provide me information about these services?

I also confuse about drinking water. Is it safe for me to drink directly from the tap?

Finally, I want to know about scholarships for international students which I can apply.

I asked the officers in my university these questions, but they do not seem to know the answers. You can freely give me any recommendation.

Looking for your reply

Respectfully,

____

I would write it as:
To whom it may concern,

My name is __. I'm a second year student at ___. I'm looking forward to study as a international student in JCU campus at 600 Upper Thomson in July. My goal is to get my Bachelor of Business. I read the student handbook. I learned about my major and how it includes Finance and banking. I still have some questions about the campus life.

I would like to know if I have to share my dorm with a roommate? I would like to know if you could perhaps send me some information about the accessories in my dorm. This way I can know if I need my own accessories or not. These are the accessories that I would like to know about what's in my dorm or not. Television, air conditioner, wardrobe and internet access

I also would like to know about the scholars and interns that I may apply to for this school. I asked the officers in my university these questions, however they did not imply the answers. I would appreciate it if you could reply.

Thank you for your time,

_________.

I hope this helps you.:) You may use some of my words or phrases or change it up a little bit:)

After reading this I'd like to know a little bit more about YOUR education - they could not "imply" the answers? "Scholars and interns"?

What are you talking about and why are you answering when you don't know the answer?
