I'll bet not. There are OTHER violations you could be guilty of surrounding the charge even if the charge is dismissed.

How did you violate? In most instances, you violate just by being arrested again. Most people don't understand that when they accept probation, they cannot be arrested at all, even if the state decides not to file information on the new charge. Unfair? Yes, but that is the way it is. Sorry. Hopefully you get a good judge, who will just reinstate your probation.
