I have jack russel named charlie his 7 months old. I would love him to be an inside dog but I'm havung trouble with toilet traing him. Also if we leave him outside while we are at wrk he starts digging up the garden and pulls my clothes off the line. He has many chew toys to play with and we take him for walks everyday. What can we do to fix this?

Jack Russell Terriers are a very high energy and intelligent breed. How long are you leaving him outside alone? If its more then 2 hours, then that is the reason as to why he is being destructive. If you can, find a doggy day care that is close by that he can go to every other day, if not every day. You will have a happier pup instead of a bored, destructive beast.
Same goes for his house training. How long is he alone? If he is alone for 8+ hours each day, then you are missing vital hours throughout the day to be training him. When you come home from work, you are tired and agitated and don't want to deal with a troublesome pooch. But you're going to have to push through this for probably a year to get him on the right track. At this point in his life, he cannot be left alone to his own mischief. You are seeing the results and apparently aren't liking it.
I would suggest to make more time for your dog, sign up for obedience classes and get him in doggy day care. If you cannot provide this for your PUPPY, I would then suggest you find him a new home and find yourself an adult dog, not a puppy, that is more low key.
