I've noticed this huge lump under my tongue and it has only really appeared since yesterday. I am getting really worried now as I am finding it hard to move my tongue and finding it hard to swallow. Anybody have any ideas as to what this is?

I would have it checked out by a dentist as soon as you can. It may just be a clogged saliva duct but it's best to have it looked at sooner than later.
