I filed a complaint for domestic violence --got a court order and proved he was threatening me via text mess---he was locked up--in a local jail but he's on parole in nys and this is his second violation----he didn't get a bail then on3-31 he bonded out---why I was told he wouldn't not get a bail because he's a 2 time convicted felon---did the court make a mistake? Is the violation and the domestic violence charge separate? Why did they let him out he could have killed me--what the deal w the courts---they don't care?

It appears that the PO did not violate him for this at this time, He would would have had a PO hold on him, if he was violated.
Even if they set a bail on the crime, if violated, they are still held.

OK but on the DOC website it stated he was being transferred so they new he got arrested--atleast the computer did----the bottom line is he shouldn't have gotten out on bail---parole is blaming the local jail and the DA is saying techn he wasn't violated yet---non of it makes sense---they made a mistake---a big one---the local jail--because if your on parole and you come in contact with the police---isnt that an automatic violation?
