Is it okay for a dog to eat a lady bug?
My male chiwhawa ate a lady bug few days ago and now he is throwing up and has dirahra
Could the lady bug be the reason why?

I highly doubt it was the lady bug, my dogs---and many others--- eat bugs all the time. I would be more concerned about what the grass surrounding has been treated with. Has the male been vaccinated for parvo?

Agreed, I highly doubt it would be from the lady bug, one of my pups goes outside in summer finding every bug in the garden, we joke that we don't have to feed him dinner now.

Get some pedialyte into him to make up for all that fluid loss, if he won't drink it then just syringe squirted down his throat every half hour or so will keep him hydrated.

If it continues then it's off to the vet.

It most likely has nothing to do with the Ladybug most dogs will eat bugs for vitamins. But you will want to be concerned about your dogs sickness. Try taking away it's food but give water in small amounts ever 30 minutes or so. Then try giving your dog a little chicken that had just been boiled. If it don't clear up very soon take it to the vet or it could die of dehydration, plus if it don't clear up something is causing the Illness. Good ouch hope he gets better soon. :)
