Hi, I am trying to lose 8-10 lbs. I currently am working out and dieting, but it doesn't seem to be enough. What foods should I eat more often, and what foods should I avoid? (I eat more vegtables than fruits, if that helps)

Avoid packaged foods. Most of them are filled with salt, which causes water retention. There is also things called negative calorie intake foods, which is said to be a myth by some nutritionists and true by others. Basically, they say these foods consume more calories to digest than the amount of calories they give you, but you get the important nutrients. Oranges, spinach, blueberries, water melons, asparagus, beets, broccoli, carrots, celery, cauliflower, lettuce and pineapple are presumed to be some of them. I'm a little sceptic though. Look into vegetarian cuisine, it is anything but dull if you so it right.

Good luck!
