I am 12 years old about to turn 13 in 10 weeks or so. I am 146cm or 147cm tall. I weigh around 41.5 or 42.5 It kind of changes when like I weigh myself and after I eat etc... I was wondering if I was overweight because I really don't want to be! So Am I overweight for my height?

Guessing you're female as I can't recall any guys at your age worrying about their weight. According to Growth Chart: Girls Two to Twenty Years (http://pediatrics.about.com/library/growth_charts/ngirlstwo.htm) statistically roughly 70% of the kids are heavier than you. I wouldn't consider that overweight, but don't take this as license to stuff yourself with candy and lounge about on the couch all day.

Weight is very different for every person. It not only depends on your height, but a number of other things, bone structure for example.

One freaking cupcake is not going to make you overweight.

I'm a lady, you never ask a lady her age. I will tell you though that I have 4 kids. Their ages are 24, 23, 17 and 9. I am also a nurse.
