Hi I have been chatting with someone recently online. He has not given me his name or anything.. Justt his frist name.. Becuase I had a bad experience in the past I justt wanted to make sure if he was real.. Well somehow I was able to find out who is just by first name.. He told the truth about everything.. I just wanted to know if I should tell him I figured who he is or should I wait and have him tell me, Thank you

Well now that you know he's been telling the truth you can now just relax and just chat some more without the paranoia, there's no reason he needs to know you checked up on him, your only looking after yourself.

Absolutely agree with advice. You are SMART to question who this guy is, and do what you have to do to make sure he can back up what he says about himself. He is also smart for not giving out too much information about himself, either, because (hopefully) he also doesn't know more than your first name.

Just be careful.

Keep the knowledge to yourself for future references, and well done on protecting yourself. Keep being cautious, you never know, or can be to careful with strangers.
