It is possible, yes, since 14 is considered not old enough to make the decision on your own - you are not an adult. Now whether she will or not, is up to her. I imagine there are a few more aspects to this that what you wrote. Whatever happens, I do wish you well.

Yes, since you are a chlid, your doctor, the hospital all have a legal obligation to report this.
A 14 year old, even in Canada can not have sex legally, Anyone having sex with a child that age is committing rape, consent can not happen, since the 14 year old is considered too young to understand and give consent.
So yes he can, and should be arrested and go to jail.

Not only can she file charges on him but she would not be a very good mother if she didn't. A 19 year old guy using a 14 year old girl for sex is not only against the law of the country but it is against the law of man. As you get older you will realize this, I know you think you may love him but soon you will realize he was just using you for his pleasure.

Nilly,
Where do you live??
If you live in Canada, she can NOT as it is not statutory rape.
