It was late 90s or early 2000s. It was about this kids running around the streets I think it was away from a cop and then they accidentally push someone down the stairs. The person died and all of the teenagers had to go to jail. In jail they were being abused by a cop. And in the end when they got out, one of them shot the cop in the head.. .
