I am 11 years old and I am BIGGER then all the other girls:(

Girl don't care for what they say if they call you fat just smile and keep going it's your life and you have to enjoy it ,and you still young u still have u whole life in front of you don't let people decide for u how to feel about yourself .

Are you overweight or just bigger? Have you been to the doctor's recently? If so, was your weight mentioned as a concern at all? How tall are you and what do you weigh?

People come in all shapes and sizes, but if you know that you are actually overweight, you can ask your mom or dad to take you to the doctor's and talk about what can be done about it.

Do you eat healthy foods or mostly junk foods? Do you drink a lot of sodas and fruit drinks? Do you get regular exercise? Is there daily PE at your school? Do you participate in any sort of sports?

You can do a lot on your own if you know you could be making better choices with what you eat and drink, and how active you are. Talk with your parents and your doctor about where you might make some changes if necessary.

As Hansasa said, try not to let what others say bother you. It is not easy to do, and people can be hurtful, but try to focus more on what you can do to be as healthy as possible.

Look at them and say "atleast im beautiful unlike you" because hon, you are beautiful the way you are. Look at them and show them it doesn't bother you

Ok I'm a teen and I know how you fill I was always bigger then all the other girls had a round face and made fun of. But honey your beautiful every one has different things about them that makes them beautiful on the outside so just imagine how beautiful you are on the inside :) if you are a little over weight then ask your mon or dad for help on how to lose some because it's helthy NOT because your not pretty if you over weight plus here's some good news at tour age it will be super easy to lose some.
