OK, so I have a question about food poisoning and periods.

I went to my boyfriends friends house for dinner and they don't know how to cook chicken apparently so I got food poisoning but that was about a week ago and my stomach is still a little queasy. How long can it take for my stomach to be better, because it only feels queasy after I eat before that I'm fine? :confused:

Usually my periods are normal about 28 days apart and last about 3 to 4 days but this month I started right on time as usual but my period only lasted 1 to 1 and 1/2 days and I thought that's was off my boyfriend thinks its nothing but I'm not sure?? Oh, and I started my period the day after I got the food poisoning?? :confused:

All sorts of things can affect periods. Food poisoning isn't usually on the list, but I'm betting it can too.

Keep eating simple food that doesn't affect your stomach and you should be back to normal soon.
