How would we know? We aren't psychics.

Have you tried going out and putting in applications? Do you have your resume completed?

First you have to know if there job openings where you want to apply at, and you have to meet or exceed the minimum job requirements. If these two conditions are met you need to submit a resume where you want to work, and if you are lucky enough a HR person or hiring manager will call you for an interview.

First, you need to check out a couple of things, and not necessarily in the order listed below:

1. What jobs are available in your geographic area? To do this, you should contact your state employment department; and/or look in the newspaper classified ads; and/or consult with local employment agencies

2. What skills do you have to offer an employer? Usually, either your state’s employment department, or local employment agencies, will test you for your marketable skills—usually at little or no charge. Once you know what your skills, aptitude, and job interests are, you’ll be in a better position to apply for a job.

YOU NEED A PROPERLY-WRITTEN RESUME
A correctly-written resume should emphasize what skills you can offer. Employers are looking for people with skills and/or education which are marketable. In other words, they're willing to pay you for what you can do, if it will help their company meet its objectives and continue to be successful.

If you don't submit a resume emphasizing the above information, you will never be considered for any full-time employment.

But never make up anything about yourself—such as your education or experience—as employers can easily confirm what’s true and what’s not. And if they discover your fabrications after they hire you, that’s usually grounds for immediate termination.

Therefore, set down on paper—perhaps with a little help from someone who knows how to write a resume tailored to your particular background—exactly who you are and what you can offer—and do it 100% truthfully.

One more thing: it’s very important that your resume doesn’t contain any grammatical, spelling, or syntax errors—or any other errors which will definitely turn off an employer!

YOUR INTERVIEWING SKILLS—AND NOT YOUR RESUME—ARE WHAT WILL GET YOU THE JOB
Please understand that your resume will hardly ever get you a job. Your resume just gets you in the door for a job interview. Your interviewing skills are what will ultimately get you the job.
