A friend needs me to print out a copy of Chiltons or Fords suggested directions to replace a timing belt on a 1996 Ford Ranger Pick-up, it has a 2.3 motor,is a 4 cyl, and has no ac.

If you Google "replacement of Ford Ranger timing belt" you will get all the help you need. I did mine last year, not too bad a job. Drain the radiator, remove it, fan, crank pulley and remove the bolts to get to the belt. Line up timing marks and reassemble.
