View Full Version : Can you cut phone contracts off?

I los my phone about two weeks ago and I miss it very much. It is on contract and I would like to no if you can cut it off? Or can your phone company tell you if it has been used or if they can track your phone downn?

They can't usually tarck it but they can block the cell meaning no one can make calls or message and u can cut off a contract but some times they make u pay it out even some phone companies will provide u with a phone but of course u'll be charged sorry if this is no help but contact the phone company and ask them these questions and they'll help u

You can transfer the contract to a new phone. They can then disable the SIM card to make the phone unusable.

You needed to call and report it loss as soon as you knew it was gone, but yes, it can vary by company and contract but you will need to get that phone turned off and a new one turned on
