What is the current status of visitation and are there any court orders already in place?

Sure YOU can leave the state. But if you are asking whether you can take the boys with you we need more info. ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Is he the legal father? Are there any court orders for custody, visitation or support? Is he a part of the boy's lives?
