I am supposedly 6 weeks pregnant almost 7 weeks. Last night after urinating I wiped and saw Bright Red blood. I was frightened so I went to the ER. They told me that the blood isn't bright red. I didn't happen to notice any clots or anything string like. They told me to go home because it seems normal. Today I kept having to wake up due to the fact I needed to go. Gushes of blood every single time I went. No clots. So, I went to the ER again and they took a blood test for me. They told me that my blood count is only 360 and it's too low for an ultrasound to be done. I've tried to look online for possible answers but they're always so different and nothing is absolutely a match to my situation. Please help.

Yes it seems you may have miscarried. I doubt that it was a blood count they did, as those numbers aren't even feasible, and if it was your bloodcount that was low (CBC, a purple topped tube when they drew your blood) they would not have just sent you home. Was it an HCG? It would have been drawn off a green topped tube.
And I have never heard of a HCG level of anykind making an ultrasound a problem.
But yes, it seems you had a miscarriage, and I am truly sorry. Can you make an appointment with your regular doctor?

I have to disagree, how can anyone online possibly say someone has miscarried, that is devastating to the op.
To the op; go back to your doctor and get medical confirmation on your pregnancy, do not assume you have miscarried.

Annearca,
Do check with your own doctor. They will do another blood draw. When you said a blood count of "360" I believe you were referring to the hcg level. These levels vary greatly and a one time value doesn't always give a clear picture.
How was it determined that you might be at 6 or 7 weeks? The ER may have declined an ultrasound simply because they may have felt it would be too early to detect a viable pregnancy at that stage given the test results. Is it possible that you are not as far along as you believe?
Regardless, a follow up visit with your doctor is in order. Sending you good wishes for this difficult time.

I whole heartedly apologies if I am wrong. But to my knowledge there is no other cause for this much bleeding in the first trimester other than a miscarrage

A placenta previa could do this.
