This has been a nightmare,, I have searched for 3 days to reference what program I had, is compatible with my video card, laptop, to no avail. I have a HP Pavilion Entertainment series, running Windows 7, 64bit, Standard VGA graphics , standard display, with a NVIDIA chip type. I know that is the problem when I hit uninstall the screen kind of jumped and then everything was BIG and out of focus!! As you may surmise Im not a gamer , or I would have know what the heck NVIDIA meant. Im a grand mother ,mother , USAF Vet, Nurse and I need your help badly I stay in touch with my family with this darn thing they all live out of state, PLEASE I just need to know witch GeForce series I need . I know I have to download from HP site but there is too many sites with too much information for me. Any help will be greatly appreciated .
Sincerely, Laura

Does your laptop have a model number? Example. HP Pavilion 510.
That way we can help you narrow it down. Also if you are connected to the internet you can also Click "start" (looks like the 4 color flags LH corner. Then choose "control Panel".
You should see "hardware and sounds" choose it then choose "device manager".
In there you should see Display adaptors. You can reload your video driver there.

Wonderful that you not only got the help you were looking for, but took the time to let us know that it helped. That means a lot.
We all volunteer here, and most times we're never even told that our advice helped, much less a thank you. So, thank you for the update, it makes it worth coming here everyday to help others. :)

Your Welcome, and I make it a point in my life to show appreciation, the World we live in is sorely lacking in the area
Of human decency. So know that I truly do appreciate the effort you give and for letting me know that 'my' actions actually gave another human being the desire to continue their giving of themselves. Didn't mean to get on a soapbox its just that, the condition of 'Our World' is glaringly out of tilt -
I guess we'll see
