10 kilograms? In two weeks? There is no healthy way to do that.

You can start a slower weight loss program through diet and exercise. But keep in mind, when I say diet, I mean things like cutting our junk food, soda, and adding things like plenty of fruit and vegetables, lean proteins. Do not starve yourself. If you don't eat enough, you'll end up ultimately slowing down your metabolism. And if your diet is too extreme then when you stop your diet, you'll gain all the weight back and probably then some.

I don't know what your need to lose 10 kgs (approx 20 lbs) in 2 weeks is, but if you ever accomplished that it would be highly unhealthy.

If you have an event like a wedding, dance, or vacation in two weeks-then cut out fatty foods like fast food and fried food. Eat egg whites instead of whole eggs. Work out at least three times (I would go more for four or five) each week. You can only accomplish so much in two weeks, but be proud of it. Whether it's 2kg or 5kg (which is still pushing it), it's still a great accomplishment and will put you on your way to reaching your goals.
