All I can recall is that the hero's brother lived with their mother. He is a grown man, maybe a vietnam vet, he's off mentally and into commando stuff. Always wanting his mother to buy him things he sees advertised in Soldier of Fortune type magazines, gets very annitmated: "OH!! MOMMY! MOMMY!!" as he points at some item he wants in the magazine that he wants her to buy him. You think he's worthless. At the end of the movie his brother, the movie's main character, is in dire straights and it seems like he's done for. The mental commando brother slides down a rope and cuts the villians throat. I thought the main character was Sean Penn, my wife says it was Edward Norton, maybe it was neither one... Any idea what the movie title is?
