Hi and welcome to AMHD,
We do not have any OBs on the site but several people would be able to answer your questions.
Have you been having regular cycles? Are you late for a period or has any of them been unusual from your norm, such as fewer days and/or lighter flow?
If so, trying a pregnancy test would be in order. It could be due to a possible pregnancy, but it could also be a slight stomach virus, or perhaps a period that is due to start before long.
Have you determined when you are most likely to be ovulating? Generally, a place to start would be about 12-16 days before a period is due. However, you may ovulate a bit sooner or later than this so having intercourse throughout each cycle can help with timing. There are a number of ways that may give you an idea of when ovulation may be getting close... changes in cervical mucus, cervical position, temping and charting, and trying ovulation predictor kits.
