2 months ago I fell really badly while walking down the stairs and I landed bum first on the eddge of the step. I bruised and swelled immediately. I didn't go see a doctor, I only took pain killers for 2 days and didn't take any anti-inflammatory. I did not use any ice on the swelling as I was not at my place. The pain and the bruising is now gone but the swelling is not going away. I now have this deformation on my bum. How do I get rid of the swelling weeks after the injury?
