Ever since I was really young, cat's and dogs always look directly above my head. I've never seen anything in photo's. I've never been too concerned about it, but my two cat's are both looking above me a lot more than usual. Plus my boyfriends dogs have started doing it too... Is it a ghost and is something happening to make the animals look at it more often?

I have always heard that animals are more sensitive to the spirit world than people are... but who knows why they look at "nothing" sometimes. You just don't know, and to say they are seeing spirits is a bit rash. Is there any other reason you feel you are being followed by a spirit?

Only because it's the same spot above my head every time. Since I was really young. Probably nothing though. :)

At this point I wouldn't worry about it. They are animals and you just don't know what's really going on in their heads. If this is the only thing going on I wouldn't think twice about it.
