I suffer from social anxiety I hate going out by myself as I feel scared I don't no why I do I just do, when I walk past people in the street my breathing goes funny and I get so scared when I'm on the bus or on a course I get so scared in the room everyone looks at me funny. I've been diagnosed with social axiety and agrophobia I'm due to go on a course soon at a charity shop or work in the office at four star training how can I stop the nervousness I'm currently just started taking kalms stresses and anxiety but somebody told me that they take four weeks to fully kick in my doctor doesn't want me to take medication at the minute he referred me to a cbt classes every four weeks because its on the nhs I just need some advice how I can get through the day
